MPSA

Monash Parkville Student Association (MPSA) was formed in 2004 as the group responsible for representing all undergraduate students at the Monash University Parkville campus. The MPSA committee is elected annually and is responsible for providing a wide range of services including:

Social Activities: We organise a stack of fun activities each year including the Welcome Ball, orientation boat cruise, paintball, free BBQ’s, and of course the coveted Pharmacy Ball. Needless to say we make sure uni isn’t all about books and lectures!

Clubs and societies: Monash Parkville has sporting, social, cultural and academic clubs and societies who also organise a wide range of activities from ping-pong tournaments, to moon cake festivals, industry information evenings, soirees, bowling and movie nights.  MPSA provide financial support for the clubs on campus.  If there isn’t a club for you, that’s ok, we can help you start your own club.

Student facilities: MPSA look after the undergraduate common room which hosts a pool table, Daytona machine, X-box, table tennis table and discount photocopying. They also maintain a meeting room and CUBE which has comfy couches and a swanky TV.

Student representation: MPSA representatives sit on numerous faculty and Monash committees, giving a students perspective on a wide range of issues from education to equity. If you have an issue, a question or a suggestion just let one of the MPSA committee know. Together MPSA and the faculty have made some great improvements to student facilities, teaching support and services.

Generic: MPSA releases its own range of magazines covering unilife, events, students services and any other student related topics.
